Three cameras nobody noticed.

    Owner, admin, member and viewer. A viewer can look at everything and change nothing. Roles apply to the whole workspace; what each person hears is set per person.

    Who changed a rule, who marked an event as reviewed, and when. Nobody can change it from the app.

    Keys connect your recorders, and you can revoke one at any time. Every branch’s events download as a CSV file.

What the camera sees
An alert can carry its picture, and on Shop and Guard a 12-second clip, to the people you choose. seeq. deletes event pictures and clips after 7 to 30 days and never tries to work out who anyone is.

Do I need new cameras?

No. seeq. works with the recorder and cameras you already have, whatever the brand.

How does seeq. reach my recorder?

If your recorder is in the Hik-Connect app, you share it with seeq. there and tell us the serial number on its label. Nothing changes on your router. For other brands, we set it up with you at the site check.

What if the power or the internet goes off?

You get a WhatsApp alert: Camera offline, and since when. Once it is back, seeq. starts again by itself.

Can my staff get Tamil while I get Sinhala?

Yes. Everyone you add picks Sinhala, Tamil or English, and nothing reaches them until they agree through a link in that language.

What comes to my WhatsApp?

A short line when something needs you, with its picture when there is one, and on Shop and Guard its 12-second clip. The day’s report every night, half an hour after closing; on Shop and Guard, a weekly one on Monday morning.

Does it look at faces?

No. It counts people as boxes and never knows who anyone is.

Who can see my pictures?

Your workspace and the people you choose to send alerts to. Clips are kept 7 days on Shop and 30 on Guard; Count keeps none. Event pictures are deleted after 7, 14 or 30 days, as you choose. The privacy page says what is stored, who can see it and how it is deleted.

Is it a fire alarm?

No. A fire or smoke warning on camera is an extra warning. It never replaces your smoke detectors.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your site and how many cameras you want watched. You get a price after a free site check.
